This autumn, Lenderman is celebrating the release of Manning Fireworks with an extensive tour of North America and Europe. It begins on October 3, in Atlanta, and will last well into next year, concluding with two shows in Brooklyn at the end of April. Opening selects dates are Ryan Davis & the Roadhouse Band, Hollow Hand, Wild Pink, This Is Lorelei, and Nap Eyes.
“Wristwatch” was the fourth single from Manning Fireworks, after “Rudolph,” “She’s Leaving You,” and “Joker Lips.” The follow-up to Boat Songs is Lenderman’s sixth solo album overall. Since Boat Songs, Lenderman has shared a live album, And the Wind (Live and Loose!), and reissued his self-titled solo debut. He’s also become an in-demand collaborator, performing on songs with Waxahatchee, Kevin Abstract, and Horse Jumper of Love.
